I have extensive experience of commercial property along the M62 corridor since 1986, advising a wide variety of private & public sector clients.

I am actively involved in asset valuation and asset management, provision of landlord & tenant advice/negotiations.

My qualifications are BSc (Hons) MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer.
