Gemma Aked - One Public Estate Programme Manager
With over 20 years of experience specialising in programmes that have people and place at their core in both the public and private sectors.
I have been involved in transformative projects such as the Tottenham regeneration programme and the King’s Cross development.
Through working and collaborating with various local councils, I have gained invaluable insights into community driven initiatives and regeneration.
I am the lead for Hull’s One Public Estate programme, working with the Cabinet Office and LGA teams to drive innovation across estates-based projects.
I also work to support the development and delivery of strategies and policies that support the Council’s corporate objectives.
This includes Community Asset Transfers, Assets of Community Value, the Corporate Property Strategy, the Community and Concessionary Strategy and projects that improve place using our assets as a driver for change.
